  Very personal one to one service from Louise. Definately not made to feel rushed. Made to feel very welcome & you can try anything on to see what its like, even if you're unsure. All very reasonably priced!Highly recommended

  Review received from Nikki Hannah Kent - From the moment we walked into Fairytale Gowns and met Louise, we knew the shop was special! Initially visiting the shop to look at Louise's amazing collection of bridesmaid dresses, I ended up not only buying the bridesmaid dresses there but my wedding dress and all accessories too! Louise immediately made me at ease, I never felt any pressure at all from her! I showed her pictures of bridesmaid dresses I had in mind and the colour I was looking for and she let my sister try on as many dresses as she wanted! After narrowing it down to a few dresses we loved, Louise opened up the back of the shop into what I can only describe as a little bit of heaven! A large room designed for a single bride to have the whole area to herself while trying on wedding dresses. I showed Louise dresses I had tried on in other stores, and pictures of the dresses I liked. Soon after I was trying on dresses in all styles, Louise suggesting I try on a large range to definitely rule out certain dresses, before long I knew I had one the one! There was no pressure from Louise at all, in fact Louise insisted I went home and thought about if I was definitely sure before ordering - which I did a few weeks later! After my dress arrived, Louise was brilliant in reassuring me that the seamstresses would be able to adjust my dress because I had lost a lot of weight (which they did perfectly!) In the months leading up to the wedding I went and tried my dress back on and ordered all my accessories from Louise, trying on a variety of styles to see what looked best. I cannot recommend Fairytale Gowns and Louise enough to any bride to be, the service we received was like no other and she really did make all my dreams come true!....Nicki Hannah Kemp
